Education:
Bachelor's degree in exercise science or related field required.
Licenses/Certifications/Requirements:
Certification by the NSCA, CSCCa, and/or USA weightlifting.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience providing collegiate strength and conditioning coaching to student athletes. 5 years of experience preferred. Knowledge of weight training and conditioning techniques and nutritional guidance required. Strong communication skills, problem-solving skills and computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet capabilities required. Ability to instruct classes and supervise students required. Ability to work non-traditional hours and travel required.
