General Summary:
Provides vision, leadership, and oversight for all aspects of the women's tennis program, to include coaching the team; planning, organizing, and supervising team practices; actively identifying, evaluating, and recruiting student-athletes; and working within the NCAA, USA South Athletic Conference, and departmental guidelines. Reports to the director of athletics and works with students, staff, officials, students and coaches from other institutions, parents, faculty, and both on and off-campus constancies.
Essential Job Functions:
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Undergraduate degree required; masters' degree preferred in related occupational field of study
Experience: Minimum two years of work experience at the collegiate level with proven recruiting experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Expect intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, running, walking, throwing, and occasional lifting of light objects. Work is performed in an office and sports fields, courts, etc.
