Glenville State University, member of the NCAA Division II Mountain East Conference is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Head Women's Volleyball Coach. This is a full-time, 12-month, benefit eligible position. Responsibilities include providing leadership and vision for all aspects of a successful NCAA Division II volleyball program. Essential duties include coaching, recruiting potential student athletes, academic success of student athletes, scheduling team competitions and team travel, match and practice preparation, budgeting, community involvement, as well as fundraising efforts. A commitment to adhering to all rules and regulations of Glenville State University, the Mountain East Conference and the NCAA is necessary. Salary is determined by qualifications.
Position is responsible for the management and administration of all phases of the Women's Volleyball program. Responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program, including adherence to all department policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, Mountain East Conference and the NCAA. Reports to the Vice President of Student Life and Athletics
