Work Schedule: Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; regular evening and weekend hours required (i.e. games/practice/recruiting activities); travel up to 35% of work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips could average 3-5 trips per year.
Work Location: On Campus.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000.

Essential Job Duties:
Direct, organize and administer all aspects of the sport program.
Actively recruit qualified student athletes.
Comply with all NCAA Division III, MIAC, and St. Olaf Bylaws.
Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community.
Complete and meet deadlines for required training and performance management cycle 5. Perform other duties as assigned.
