Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all NCAA, SWAC, and University rules and regulations, ensuring staff and players are informed of all governing policies.
Public Relations & Fundraising: Act as a primary representative of the program by engaging with media, alumni, and donors to secure resources and promote public support.
Staff Supervision: Recruit, supervise, and evaluate assistant coaches, graduate assistants, and team managers.
Logistics: Coordinate home and away game arrangements, including scheduling, travel, and equipment needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Coaching experience with a proven track record of player development and competitive success.
Skills:
Advanced knowledge of sport specific tactics, techniques, and strategies.
Strong interpersonal and motivational communication skills.
Proficiency in video analysis and modern scouting technologies.
