JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the effective administration of this athletic program and team including the recruitment of student athletes, team scheduling and programming, public relations, academic support, and the retention of student athletes. Supervises assistant and student coaches.

REQUIRED EDUCATION: (education based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity): Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: (experience based on requirements that are job-related and consistent with business necessity): Significant and successful coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level with head coaching experience.
