This is a full-time, exempt position reporting to the VP for Athletics. The Women’s Head Basketball Coach will direct all phases of the day-to-day operations of the University of Indianapolis Women’s basketball program, including effective coaching and student-athlete development; successful recruiting, retention, and graduation of high performing student-athletes; preparation, organization, and implementation of effective player development systems; and a commitment to community engagement and effective public relations. The head coach will conduct the sports program within the rules and guidelines established by the University of Indianapolis, the NCAA, and the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
