Ecclesia College is seeking applicants for a head women’s basketball coach with other on-campus responsibilities to be assigned based on skills of applicant and personnel needs. This position is a full-time position.

Ecclesia is seeking a candidate, who believes in working with all employees to facilitate spiritual growth and mentorship of all students both athletic and non-athletic.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and coaching of current athletes on the field
• Plan and execute effective practice plans that foster athletic growth
• Develop and manage a fiscally responsible budget within the parameters assigned by the college
• Recruitment of prospective athletes
• Create a competitive schedule and manage game contracts
• Effectively monitor and account for athlete’s code of conduct off the field
• Schedule and coordinate travel and lodging to all away games
• Any other duties as assigned by the College Administration

Ecclesia College is a four-year Christian work learning college with an enrollment of less than 150 traditional students located in Springdale, Arkansas, which has a population of 75,000 people. Royal’s basketball program is a member of the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA).

Salary: 12-month contract with a compensation of $28,000. No benefits provided.

Preferred consideration will be given to candidates with collegiate coaching experience, a growing walk with Christ, and desire to be involved in discipleship through collegiate athletics.
