KEY RESPONSBILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
Demonstrated record of successful basketball ability
Demonstrated record of coaching and recruiting in the sport of women's basketball
Demonstrated high level of motivation with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated willingness and ability, to travel and work a flexible schedule
Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and work with student employees
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and the needs of diverse faculty, staff, students, and university community Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues for program growth and enhancement
Possess current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification or ability to immediately obtain
Valid state driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's Degree
Prior experience at the Division III level
Interest in, and commitment to, community engagement
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, 10 month Appendix - A appointed,position. The start date will be negotiated with the final candidate and be no later than October 1, 2024. The salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000, commensurate with experience.
