Conduct the women's flag football program in accordance with NCAA rules and regulations.
Adhere to all college policies including, but not limited to, specific duties as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) and Responsible Employee.
This position requires a valid driver’s license for business travel purposes (individual must have a US driver’s license for at least three years and also be qualified under College policy to transport students in college-owned and/or leased vehicles). CPR, AED and 1st Aid certification also is required.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Attend athletic department staff meetings
Conduct all responsibilities in a safe manner according to regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

Must have a coaching record or equivalent experience that demonstrates the ability to teach, motivate, and develop students
Must be knowledgeable of NCAA rules and be committed to the NCAA Division III philosophy of athletics
Good interpersonal skills and desire to be a team player
Excellent oral communication skills (i.e. ability to deal effectively with others, speak professionally on the phone, etc.)
Ability to work extended hours as needed

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree is preferred; plus three to five years of coaching experience, preferably on the college level; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
