Head Women’s Flag Football Coach

The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach is a Full-Time, 12-month position that is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Bethel College women’s flag football program within the guidelines set forth by Bethel College, the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) and the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

Essential Functions

  • Support the Mission, Vision, & Values of Bethel College
  • Help identify, evaluate, recruit and retain a roster of at least 20 total eligible women’s flag football specific student-athletes
  • Organize practices and competitions including JV competitions, for women’s flag football team
