Salary:             $9,000 per season (August to May)

SUMMARY: The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach is responsible for coaching the Women’s Flag Football program. This role requires a regular on-campus presence and close collaboration with the Athletic Director, coaching staff, student-athletes, and University partners to support competitive excellence and institutional visibility.
This is a stipend position with variable hours based on athletic seasons, competition schedules, and University needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HEAD WOMEN’S FLAG FOOTBALL COACH
Primary Focus: Leadership, coaching, recruitment, and development of the Women’s Flag Football program. - Develop, lead, and sustain the Women’s Flag Football program aligned with NAIA standards and WAU values. - Recruit, coach, mentor, and supervise student-athletes and assistant coaches. - Plan and conduct practices, competitions, team meetings, and film sessions within a structured seasonal calendar. - Support student-athlete academic progress and collaborate with campus partners to promote retention and success. - Ensure compliance with NAIA, conference, and University athletic policies related to recruiting and competition. - Manage the program budget within assigned funding levels.
