Job Description:

The Head Women's Golf Coach oversees the SUU Women's Golf Program. This role entails directing operations in alignment with Southern Utah University policies, NCAA regulations, and other relevant governing bodies. Key responsibilities include recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and program management, with a strong emphasis on maintaining high academic standards for student-athletes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coach and recruit Women's Golf at SUU including team travel.

• Fundraise for the golf program at SUU.

• Manage the overall golf budget for Women's Golf.

• Develop a competitive golf schedule within institutional and NCAA guidelines.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

• 4+ years NCAA Division I level coaching and operating experience.

• Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules and regulations.

• Commitment to high ethical standards, athletic success, and academic success of student athletes.

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

• A willingness to work within the framework and guidelines of the SUU Athletic Department.
