United States Sports Academy (USSA) seeks a mature and experienced professional to serve as our Head Women’s Soccer Coach. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach is expected to lead the university team in all aspects of student-athlete success by modeling a championship program in character and communication, both on the field and in the classroom. USSA has been conferring regionally and nationally accredited degrees for over 50 years and started intercollegiate athletics in Fall 2023. All soccer practices and games will be held at the Fairhope Soccer Complex in Fairhope, AL. The expectation is 18-20 women will take the field in August 2025.
