Job Description

Description: King University is accepting applications for the position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the women’s soccer program, and have the experience, knowledge, and demonstrated ability to lead an NCAA Division II program to success on the conference, regional, and national level.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required; minimum 3 years head coaching experience at the college level, or equivalent; Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of all aspects women’s soccer, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree; at least 3 years of head coaching experience, or equivalent; Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.

Responsibilities: Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations
