Description
Glenville State University is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as head coach of the institution's Division II Women's Soccer program. The candidate will report directly to the Athletic Director.
Examples of Duties
- Oversight of all aspects of team recruitment and retention.
- Strong communication with the Administration Staff in regards to practice times, and Game Day Operations.
- Execution of an aggressive fundraising plan.
- Oversight of the program's academic performance.
- A strong commitment to department, campus, and community involvement.
- Attendance and participation in required department and institutional meetings.

- An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
- A strong background in the sport, with coaching experience on the collegiate level.
- A background in recruitment and roster construction.
- Knowledge of the Mountain East Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
