Baker University seeks qualified applicants for a Head Women’s Soccer Coach vacancy in the Athletics Department.

The Head Women’s Soccer Coach will be responsible for the overall management, oversight, and development of the women’s soccer programs. Responsibilities include the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, practice and match management, budget management, supervision and evaluation of student-athletes and assistant coaching staff, fundraising, and reports. The Head Women’s Soccer Coach will comply with all Baker University, Heart Conference, and NAIA procedures and policies. The position will perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred). Soccer collegiate coaching experience preferred. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of the NAIA, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and to supervise staff and students. They must also possess competent writing and communication skills, be proficient with computers, have the ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
