Job Description:
Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts has an opportunity to lead ourSoftball program. As such, the coach willeffectively manage all aspects of the softball program including, but not limited to: supervise and mentor assigned staff and student-athletes, recruit, schedule, plan, develop, promote, coordinate, evaluate and other administrative duties as assigned that will continually improve the softball program.
All full-time coaches have one or more additional administrative responsibility as assigned by the Director of Athletics based on candidate's strengths and department needs. Examples could include, but not limited to: Academic Coordinator, Athletic Communications, Student-Athlete Development, SAAC, etc.

Any staff member who is found in violation of NCAA regulations shall be subject to disciplinary or corrective action set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedure and in accordance with the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, and a staff member may be suspended without pay or terminated if the coach is found to be involved in deliberate and serious violations of NCAA regulations.
