| Job Summary/Basic Function |
The Head Women’s Tennis Coach reports to the Director of Tennis. Responsibilities in this position include recruiting, preparation of student-athletes for competition, practice and game strategy preparation, ensuring the academic success of student-athletes, engaging in public relations activities within the community, and administrative functions as assigned by the director. The successful candidate will have integrity and high ethical standards and will exhibit a strict adherence to NCAA, university and departmental rules and regulations while demonstrating a strong commitment to student academic achievement and athletics success. In accordance with the principles of NCAA rules compliance, it is understood that any employee who is found in violation of NCAA regulations shall be subject to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedures, including suspension without pay or termination of employment for significant or repetitive violations.
