Head Women’s Volleyball Coach

Bethany College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time, 12-month Head Women’s Volleyball Coach position. Bethany has a rich history of success in women’s volleyball, with PAC championships in 2016, 2018, 2022, and 2023. This position will report to the Director of Athletics. The successful candidate must coordinate and implement all aspects of a competitive program.

• Meet recruiting goal - Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes

• Monitor and support all student-athletes in their academic pursuits

• Manage the operating budgets of the program in accordance with all Bethany College policies

• Plans, prepares, and oversees all practices and scheduled competitions to provide a positive and competitive experience for student-athletes

• Coordinate fundraising efforts for the program per all Bethany College policies

• Develops and executes volleyball camps

• Knowledge of NCAA DIII Compliance, adhering to PAC and NCAA rules

• Secondary Duty – Game management – Sport Specific

• Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications include

· Bachelor's degree, Master’s preferred

· Valid driver's license

· 1-3 years of college coaching experience
