General Responsibilities
Part Time, non-benefited position.
General Statement of Duties and Responsibilities: This is a multi-faceted position. As a women’s athletic recruiter, you will act as the Academy’s link between our undergraduate admission process and female athletic programs. As the Volleyball Head Coach, you should possess the ability to effectively communicate and motivate student-athletes, as well as manage team dynamics. This position requires long hours, evenings and weekends.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage volleyball program and complete related administrative duties;
Work cohesively with Academy support departments;
Schedule, recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes;
Organize and conduct fundraising, team building and community outreach events;
Demonstrate and teach volleyball-related skills and effectively communicate strategies during practices and competitions.
Be knowledgeable of, and abide by, all Academy policies, NCAA Division III policies, and conference (MASCAC) requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements
Additional duties include:
Aids in the recruitment of undergraduate (freshman and transfer) athletes.
Provides accurate information about MMA degree programs and admission procedures.
Coordinates on-campus visits for student-athletes, along with scheduling any specific meetings necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in collegiate athletics as an athlete or coach or admissions experience
Valid driver's license
Ability to work nights & weekends, as needed
