Job Description:
Responsible to the Athletics Director for the overall management and leadership of the intercollegiate Women's Wrestling program. This program will support the philosophy, mission, and standards of Central College, the American Rivers Conference (ARC) and the NCAA, Division III.
Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the program including:
Recruit and retain academically qualified student-athletes within the guidelines of Central College, the ARC and NCAA Division III.
Manage the program budget in collaboration with the athletics office manager.
Develop an out of season strength and conditioning program in collaboration with the strength and conditioning staff/coaches in accordance with NCAA rules.
Develop and direct camps, clinics, and fund-raising activities to support the program.
Work cooperatively with faculty members, admission, alumni, and development office personnel, the sports information director, all student support services, and all athletic department personnel.
Attend staff development activities and coach's meetings.
