Apply NowDACCR Talent Management is responsible for all HR activities across Athletics, Campus Recreation, and the Fred Rust Ice Arena consisting of 180+ full time employees, and 700+ part time staff, handling matters that are highly confidential in nature.
The goal of the DACCR Talent Management is to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and goal attainment. The incumbent will foster a work environment consistent with the DACCR culture and shares the responsibility for shaping and supporting a competent workforce and meeting the goal of being the workplace of choice.
