Your Role on the Team

The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach is responsible for providing athletic strength and conditioning training, as well as consultation, to eighteen (18) intercollegiate athletic teams. Additionally, this position supports the Assoc. AD Sports Performance in the following areas; Scheduling the Santora Elite Training Center (Center) for team use, developing and implementing an orientation program for new student athletes, and the repair & maintenance the Center, as well as the equipment contained therein.
