Reporting to the Director of the Business Office, the Business Operations Manager will be independently responsible for the account management of the enterprise-wide apparel and footwear supplier agreement. The incumbent will serve as the supplier’s primary point of contact as well as the buyer/purchaser for the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and other campus units. The position will work closely with Senior Associate Athletic Director of External Affairs and Senior Associate Athletic Director of Finance and Administration. This incumbent will assist in the development, interpretation and implementation of concepts/policy for financial and resource planning, and control of the budget. In addition, the incumbent will oversee the day to day operations for the Intercollegiate Athletics Building as well as supervise the student assistant staff for the Business Office and Support Services. The position will assist several key management and coaching personnel with administrative support and related budgetary analysis. Support to summer camps including purchasing, accounts receivable and staff coordination. Assist with student and staff training within the business office.

The expected pay range for this recruitment is $26.92 - $27.29 (Hourly Rate). The Full Salary Range for the salary grade this position is assigned to is $26.92 - $46.36 (Hourly Rate).
