The Athletics Operations Department is looking to hire interim baseball coach for 2025 Baseball Season! This is a 12-month full time position that resides in the Athletic Department within the Division of Student Affairs.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Athletics. The Head Coach is responsible for the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Baseball program as well as the oversight and development of assistant coaches and other personnel such as team managers, student workers, and volunteers. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operations of the assigned sport, compliance with all NCAA and NJAC rules & regulations, adherence to the standards & values of TCNJ and the Athletic Department, recruitment & development of qualified student-athletes, academic support & integrity, competition scheduling & preparation, practice planning & implementation, budget management, fundraising, and alumni relations.
