This position serves as the head coach of New College of Florida Tennis. The Coach will be responsible for both the development and management of the athletic program. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in coaching and recruiting
In addition, the Administrator will work with the VP of Communications to lead all marketing, branding, creative content, and sports information areas to make sure they are in unison. Work with the VP of Athletics to come up with a strategy to oversee the department’s external image and storytelling strategy
Head Coach, Tennis
Coaching: Develop and implement effective training programs, provide individual and team instruction, and guide athletes in skill development and game strategies. Foster a positive and competitive team environment while ensuring adherence to program goals and standards
Recruiting: Identify and engage potential athletes, build relationships with high schools, clubs, and other talent sources, and manage the recruitment process to attract top talent to the program. Evaluate prospective student-athletes, conduct interviews, and coordinate recruitment events
Administrator, Lead Athletics Communications
Key Responsibilities:
Works with VP, Athletics to create a department-wide brand identity and enforces visual and messaging consistency
Creates and implements a strategic content plan with themes, campaigns, and priorities

Coordinates between athletic leadership, admissions, advancement, and external relations
Oversees the feel of all digital platforms: website, social media, newsletter, video channels
Directs Communication strategy, major announcements, and approves external storytelling with set templates
Leads the teams of all athletic marketing, graphic design, media relations, and internal communication staff to ensure they are in alignment with the vision of the athletics department
Oversees the Sports information director and their staff
Manages all statistical and historical data, NAIA/Sun Conference compliance
Oversee press releases, game previews/recaps, and website rosters
Coordinates with coaches for preseason guides and postseason awards
Maintains sports information archive, including headshots and team photos
Other duties as assigned.
A Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of appropriate coaching experience
Previous coaching experience at the intercollegiate level.
