Saint Francis University invites applications for the position of Assistant Coach, Women's Water Polo.  The Assistant Coach is responsible to the Head Coach for assisting with the organization and direction of a Division I women's water polo program that will be converting to Division III in the Academic Year 2026-2027.

The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the Northeast Conference, the Presidents' Athletic Conference, Collegiate Water Polo Association, and the NCAA.  In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.

Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is preferred.  Intercollegiate water polo playing and/or coaching experience is preferred.  Playing and/or coaching experience with a working knowledge of CWPA rules and regulations is preferred.
