-------- The University of Pittsburgh is seeking qualified candidates for the position of IT Support Analyst. This position will be a member of Pitt IT Client Services and report directly to the Athletics IT Business Partner, which provides technical support for Athletic Department computers, mobile devices, and software systems. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all hardware and software systems within the department and making recommendations on improvements as well as, diagnosing and resolving all help requests in a timely manner. This individual will be responsible for the onboarding of new hires and providing them with the correct equipment, such as computer and mobile devices. The individual must be highly organized, highly motivated, and possess excellent customer service skills. The individual will provide support of game day operations at sporting events throughout the year. ------ The IT Support Analyst will also be responsible for providing solutions to problems that are consistent with generally accepted Pitt IT standards. Additional details about Required Licensure/Certification Also required to have a strong understanding of policies, procedures, and generally accepted principles of information technology. Individual must be able to resolve unique problems by collecting and interpreting information to determine correct solutions. Must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and excellent trouble-shooting skills. The individual must also have excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Work Schedule M-F bus hrs. On occasion, some evening and weekend work may be necessary.
Work Arrangement On-Campus: Teams that work on campus, in an office, or in a lab.
Hiring Range $22.04 - $25.64 per hour

Essential Functions Provide IT and AV support for Athletics functions, events, activities, facilities.
Physical Effort Position will be required to travel to various facilities of the Athletics department. Occasional moving and lifting of heavy objects.
