An example of job duties includes but are not limited to:
Configuration Management: Set up and maintain technology systems, ensuring they are properly configured for optimal performance and security
User Support: Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime
Access Control: Manage user access to systems, applications, and data, implementing security protocols and permissions
Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network-related problems to ensure smooth operations
Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on computer hardware and peripherals
Software Installation and Updates: Install and configure software applications, ensuring compatibility and security
User Education: Assist users in understanding technology best practices and promote a productive computing environment
Business as Usual (BAU) Operations: Ensure the continuous availability and reliability of critical systems

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma and one year of relevant work experience supporting computer hardware, software, and Apple iPhones
• Must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field is preferred. Alternatively, an Associate of Science Degree with a focus on computer science, complemented by two years of relevant experience may be considered equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree
• CompTIA A+ certification will be given preference
Other Requirements:
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
• Ability to successfully lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required, and be on-call for emergencies as needed
• Must have a valid driver’s license at all times

$23.08 hourly ($48,000 annually) to $25.00 ($52,000 annually) base pay with paid overtime
