Willing and able to conduct the duties as a member of the Neumann University athletics staff in full conformity with all NCAA and conference regulations.
Responsible for knowledge of all conference and association regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for knowledge of all conference and association regulations.
Subject to disciplinary or corrective action as set forth in the provisions of the NCAA enforcement procedures, if found to be in violation of any NCAA, or conference regulations.
Attend the annual Athletic Awards Ceremony and prepares a presentation for awards.
As a visible agent of the University collaborate with the Institutional Advancement Office in the role of women’s flag football ambassador to fundraise for the athletics and recreation department.
Ensures that the conduct of the team members and staff reflects the desired image of Neumann University.
Recruit quality student-athletes to Neumann University in accordance with University and NCAA policies.
Attend all games and practices and ensure the safety of the student/athletes.
This position has a seasonal stipend and does not carry fulltime status or benefits.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management or related degree.
Minimum of three years of experience in the field.
A clear NCAA disciplinary record.
Ability to work with students.
Knowledge and experience in sport.
Excellent communication skills.
