As an integral member of the ChargeOn Fund team on game days and for affiliated special events, Knights Hospitality staff provide customer service and logistical support in the premium seating sections on football game days at FBC Mortgage Stadium, men’s basketball game days at Addition Financial Arena, and baseball game days John Euliano Park. • UCF vs New Hampshire: Thursday, August 29, 2024 (7:00pm kickoff)
• UCF vs Sam Houston: Saturday, September 7, 2024 (6:30pm kickoff)
• UCF vs Colorado: Saturday, September 28, 2024 (time TBD)
• UCF vs Cincinnati: Saturday, October 12, 2024 (time TBD)
• UCF vs BYU: Saturday, October 26, 2024 (time TBD)
• UCF vs Arizona: Saturday, November 2, 2024 (time TBD)
• UCF vs Utah: Friday, November 29, 2024 (8:00pm kickoff)
  

As ambassadors to premium seating guests, duties include providing exemplary customer service as liaisons between guests, catering staff, maintenance staff, custodial staff, and Athletics personnel. Individual tasks may vary, but service will be a mix of event host, customer service, donor relations, greeting/ushering, wristbanding, maintaining integrity of premium area, etc.As such, selected candidate is expected to be actively engaged in all home football games (game times TBD).Please note that Knights Hospitality staff who show exemplary effort during football season may be offered the opportunity to work UCF men’s basketball and baseball games, as well as additional affiliate events, as appropriate.

Prefer previous customer service experience. Strong attention to detail, teamwork and communication (written/verbal) skills, and proactivity in high pressure situations also preferred. As a staff member of UCF Athletics, the selected candidate will be a person of integrity and character who shares a commitment for knowing and complying with NCAA, Conference, and institutional rules as they apply to the UCF Athletics program.
