This full-time position will lead, manage, and direct all phases of the day-to-day operations of the Academy’s football program. Qualified candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a successful track record both on and off the field. Off season work is dedicated to the growth of the Mustang student-athlete along with working alongside NCAA Coaching Staff for collegiate opportunities for our student-athletes.

Candidates need a tremendous work ethic and an unwavering desire to grow and strengthen the Academy’s athletic programs. To be successful in this role, one should possess and demonstrate Christian character, demonstrate a great love for the game of football, be able to foster good sportsmanship, be a visionary for the Mustang football program, and create a lasting culture within the program.
