The Member Services Interns are key members of The Rams Club’s Member Services Team, working collaboratively across our organization and closely with the Annual Fund team. This role serves as a primary point of contact for current and prospective members while supporting the execution of the annual membership cycle, ticket and parking operations, stewardship initiatives, and game-day experiences. Interns will gain hands-on experience in donor relations, database management, and event coordination within a fast-paced collegiate athletics environment. This position reports to Morgan Shump, Associate Director of Stewardship. There are two openings for this role.
Key Dates
The ideal start date is the first week of May 2026, running through June 30, 2027.
Work Schedule & Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Occasional overtime required, including evenings and weekends to support all home football and men’s basketball games, occasional Olympic sport games and special events.
Work Environment
This position is an in-person position based on the campus of The University of North Carolina.
