This position serves as an office manager to the Men¿s Basketball program as well as an Executive Assistant to the Men¿s Basketball Head Coach.

Duties/Expectations :

1. Administrative Operations

-Complete travel plans and reimbursements and monitor direct deposits for reimbursements

-Schedule speaking, travel, and all needed events for head coach and coaching staff

-Daily practice plans, game plans, travel itineraries and monthly correspondence to missionaries and player's parents

-Assists head coach in determining yearly budget items based upon figures accrued from expense reports etc.

-Coordinate media assignments

-Coordinate team meetings/firesides

-Serve as Student Athlete liaison

-Coordinate with computer support for staff

-Coordinates with Athletic Trainer, Video Coordinator, and Equipment Manager

2. Manage Men's Basketball Office

-Handle 90% of correspondence directly

-Submit and complete corporate card, BYU Store card, and reimbursements

-Maintain current data on former players and alumni

-Serve as the ticket office liaison

-Conduct practice and building scheduling

-Prepare per diem for travel and for home games

-Serve as information liaison with players and coaches¿ spouses

-Supervise student secretary

-Office upkeep and appearance

3. Provide Administrative Support for Special Projects

-Coordinate golf tournaments

-Coordinate end of year banquet and awards

-Coordinate end of season championship rings

4. All other duties as assigned

What Qualifies You to Apply?

Required :

-2 years work experience in a professional office environment

Preferred:

-Bachelor's Degree and 1 year or more in an office setting

Employee Class: Staff (Full-Time)

Work Location: Provo Campus

Environment: General office or other equivalently good environment

Approximate Starting Salary: $44,500 - $58,000
