• Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes consistent with Georgetown College’s mission and NAIA guidelines.Â

• Promote the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes.Â

• Manage team operations, including scheduling, travel logistics, budgeting, and equipment ordering.Â

• Design and lead effective training sessions, conditioning programs, and game strategies.Â

• Ensure adherence to NAIA, Mid-South Conference, and institutional rules and policies.Â

• Collaborate with admissions, faculty, athletic training, and other college departments.Â

• Support fundraising, alumni relations, and community outreach efforts related to the program.Â

• Maintain an inclusive and positive team culture that promotes respect, integrity, and accountability.Â

Qualifications:Â

• Bachelor’s degree required.Â

• Demonstrated successful coaching experience at the collegiate or high-level club level.Â

• In-depth knowledge of soccer strategy, skill development, and NAIA compliance.Â

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Â

• Commitment to student-athlete academic success and character development.Â

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).Â

• Driving team to away games. Valid driver's license required.Â

Preferred Qualifications:Â

• Experience recruiting within the NAIA or small-college athletics.Â

• Familiarity with the Mid-South Conference and regional recruiting landscape.Â

• Ability to engage alumni and donors in program initiatives.Â
