Job Summary

The Men’s Soccer Operations Coordinator is responsible for oversight of all administrative soccer operations under the direction of the head coach. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Assist with management of sport budget, including recruiting and team travel; coordinate with head coach on all logistics related to team schedule, including daily practices/workouts, meetings and team travel. Assist coaching staff in managing logistics related to on-campus recruiting, including official and unofficial visits; manage camp operations in compliance with institutional and

NCAA

rules/regulations; and primary liaison to all departments specific to men’s soccer game day operations.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities

Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with JumpForward, Expensify and

HUDL

software.
