Head Coach of the Campbellsville University Men's Tennie team will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the men's tennis teams, including player development, practice planning, competition scheduling, and recruitment efforts. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our tennis program and mentor student-athletes both on and off the court. This is a full-time position that reports to the Athletic Director

This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our tennis program and mentor student-athletes both on and off the court. This is a full-time position that reports to the Athletic Director
Responsibilities:
Having signed contracts on file in the athletic department for every match.
Refraining practicing or playing on Sunday.
Prioritize monitoring class attendance by student-athletes as schedules are made.
Maintaining budget control of their sport.
Protecting and maintaining all equipment assigned to sport.
Managing both of the team's practices and competitions.
Ensuring that transportation is available for travel to all away competition.
Driving or making sure certain that safe drivers are secured.
Securing money for travel well in advance to include lodging, meals, and travel.
Creating and Submitting player profiles and accomplishments to the Director of Sports Information.
Providing match information to be publicized on the university website and local media outlets.
Managing the conduct of student-athletes, proper dress and conduct while on the road.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's of Arts or Science in Sports Management, Exercise Science, or any related field
Experience in coaching and management of a team, preferably college level
Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
Knowledge of recruiting process and eligibility guidelines
Familiarity with NCCAA
