Men's & Women's Assistant Wrestling Coach

Illinois Wesleyan University, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, invites applications for the full-time, 10-month position of Men’s & Women’s Assistant Wrestling Coach. Assist the head coach in all aspects of the program, including, but not limited to player/individual and team development with preference given to candidates with experience in Freestyle and Folkstyle wrestling. Ability to recruit, retain, develop and provide a positive student-athlete experience. Secondary responsibility will include Supervision of Wrestling Practice Facility. Additional duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Athletic Director. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in using technology to enhance program operations and recruiting, as well as, a commitment to understanding and adhering to NCAA/CCIW Rules. Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year experience at the collegiate level or high school head coaching preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is required

Salary $37-$42k, based on experience
