The Ice Arena is the home location for our nationally recognized men’s and women’s ice hockey programs. A large community and student following make men’s and women’s ice hockey games a destination during the winter months in Elmira.
Elmira College is seeking a Murray Athletic Center Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities who will provide administrative oversight of all aspects of the MAC, budget management, facilities scheduling (including rentals to outside groups), staff hiring and supervision.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years supervisory and collegiate facility management experience required. Candidates with initiative, strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and computer skills, the ability to work independently but also as part of a team, understanding of NCAA regulations are desired. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
Working Conditions
The working conditions for this position are diverse. Must have the ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to work in cold indoor and outdoor environments, work in an office environment, facilities environment, and public environment, sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, operate office equipment and maintenance equipment requiring repetitive hand movement, bending, and lifting.
Status: Full-time Exempt (salaried), with nights and weekends required during athletic season/games.
Salary: $58,500 - $64,000 range
