The Oberlin College Department of Athletics and Physical Education invites applications for the position of Dive Coach. This is a part-time, 8-month Administrative and Professional Staff position, reporting to the Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming/Aquatic Director.
Apply NowThis position will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach of Men’s andWomen’s Swimming & Diving/Aquatic Director in all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administering within the dive program.
Bachelor’s degree required; two years of coaching experience preferably at the collegiate level; strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills; ability to recruit and evaluate prospective student-athletes, while adhering to all NCAA Division III regulations.Current certification as an American Red Cross (or equivalent) Lifeguard is highly recommended. Knowledge of Hy-Tek Meet, Team Manager Software, Divemeets.com and Poolside Live Video Review is desirable as well.

Within the range established for this position, salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes an excellent benefits package.
