Northern State University is accepting applications for the Football Offensive Coordinator
position. The Offensive Coordinator is a vital position within the college football program.
This individual will be responsible for coordinating a championship caliber offense,
ensuring that the team performs at its best during games. The Offensive Coordinator will
be evaluated based on the competitiveness of the program, the dedication to the mission,
vision, and values of the program, overall student-athlete development in sport, school,
and life, and for establishing a subculture in which the coach is viewed by the student-
athletes as a mentor, educator, and role model.

One of the key responsibilities of the Offensive Coordinator will be to coordinate and run
the annual golf outing. This event plays a crucial role in the fundraising efforts of NSU
Football, and the offensive coordinator will be responsible for organizing and executing a
successful outing.

Overall, the Offensive Coordinator is an integral part of the coaching staff and will
contribute significantly to the success of the football program. The ideal candidate should
possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, a deep knowledge of offensive
football strategies, analytics, decision-making, a commitment to compliance with all
NCAA, NSIC and University rules and regulations as well as dedication to academic
development of student-athletes.
