Offensive Line- Assistant Sprint Football Coach

Quincy University is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Sprint Football Coach to support the development, performance, and overall success of the sprint football program. This role requires a strong commitment to student-athlete development, academic success, and program promotion while representing Quincy University with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a representative of Quincy University, demonstrating courtesy, tact, and discretion in all interactions with students, staff, and the public.
• Assist the Head Coach with the training, coaching, and development of assigned student-athletes.
• Support scouting and recruitment efforts for qualified student-athletes.
• Promote the sprint football program both internally and externally.
• Coordinate or assist with monitoring the academic retention program for sprint football student-athletes.
• Conduct daily meetings with assigned position group(s).
• Coordinate or assist with all team travel and logistics.
• Adhere to NCAA, conference, and Quincy University rules, regulations, and Code of Ethics for Coaches.
• Monitor and enforce student-athlete compliance with the Quincy University Code of Ethics.
• Coordinate or assist with all activities of QU Sprint Football Camps/Clinics.
• Assist with the implementation of strength and conditioning programs for student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Experience coaching football at the collegiate or high school level preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to academic and athletic excellence for student-athletes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel.

Salary:

• $20,000- $25,000 based on experience.
