| Position Summary |
Consistent with NCAA rules, the Offensive Personnel & Connection Coordinator will assist in the evaluation of offensive players in the transfer portal and serve as the primary host for running back prospects. The position will also lead remote scouting on the west coast. This individual also establishes and maintains relationships with current student-athletes and assists with student-athlete engagement, well-being, and retention.

- Working knowledge of the transfer portal.
- Be familiarized and compliant with NCAA and SEC rules.
- Ability to communicate and organize schedules.
- Ability to stay up to date with recruiting current events and keep coaches informed.
- Understand computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work nontraditional hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.

- Serve as the secondary evaluation of offensive players in the transfer portal.
- Ensure proper and timely monitoring of the transfer portal.
- Lead remote scouting efforts of prospects on the west coast.
- Facilitate meetings between head coach, position coaches, and prospects.

- Implement general recruiting strategies in accordance with the strategic recruiting relations plan.
- Serve as the on-campus representative on night, weekends, or holidays when coaches may not be present.
