The University of Virginia is a highly competitive Division I program committed to academic and athletic excellence. The Department of Athletics at the University of Virginia is now accepting applications for the position of Offensive Recruiting Coordinator, Football to provide administrative and operational support to staff of the UVA Football program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for offensive staff recruiting needs.

  • Coordinate offensive staff for prospect film review.

  • Manage the offensive prospect evaluation pipeline process.

  • Manage the offensive recruiting board.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Distribute writing plans for offensive staff every Monday.

  • Provide offensive staff with weekly offer reports.
