The office coordinator provides administrative support to the Athletic Department’s Office of Facilities and Events and to select coaches and administrators. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reconciliation of credit cards, assistance with document processing, assistance with requisitions, event invoicing, ordering supplies, coordinating copier/printer maintenance, as well other special projects and administrative tasks.
High school diploma and prior administrative experience required.
Proficient telephone and customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Provides clerical support to general administrative Athletic department units and coaching staffs including but not limited to, collection of receipts, reconciling credit cards, completing requisitions, filing, phone related services, ordering office supplies, coordination with reception, copier/printer maintenance, and coordination with administration. Supports the facilities and event operation’s office by writing and processing requisitions, invoicing events, purchasing supplies, and clerical support related to campus and camps. Provides general administrative support to athletics’ senior staff to include, but not limited to, making travel arrangements, hotel reservations, scheduling appointments, internal contract processing, etc. Other duties and special projects as assigned
