Perform a variety of administrative tasks and functions pertaining to daily office operations of the Blue Raider Athletic Association (BRAA). Duties include but are not limited to: effectively organize, perform, and manage administrative office duties for the Associate Athletic Director/Chief Development Officer of the BRAA; with an emphasis on communicating clearly and professionally, and handle scheduling and logistics of his/her calendar. Assist other members of the BRAA team in implementing office procedures and programs for the BRAA development office. Establish and oversee procedures for the prompt processing and acknowledgment of gifts and donations, ensuring that donors receive timely and accurate receipts and thank-you communications. Draft, review, and prioritize the delivery of donor acknowledgement letters, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and accurate. Coordinate and produce correspondence with BRAA membership, alumni, board members and maintain BRAA membership roster; Assist the Coordinator of Operations in planning, organizing, and coordinating BRAA events and programs; receive incoming phone calls and provide information; assist to solicit donor and coordinate volunteers for programs and events and attend BRAA programs/events. Assist to solicit donors for memberships and ticket sales and coordinate volunteers for programs and events and attend BRAA programs/events. Work selected game day events as assigned in the premium clubs and suite levels by the Associate Athletic Director/Chief Development Officer in the BRAA. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director/Chief Development Officer of the BRAA.

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Four years of progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, and/or office experience required. A bachelor's degree will be considered in lieu of four years experience.
Prior experience working in an athletic department office preferred.
