Perform a variety of administrative tasks and functions pertaining to daily office operations of the Women's Soccer, Men's Basketball, and Men's and Women's Track programs, as well as the Assistant Athletic Director of Marketing and the Marketing staff. Duties will include but not be limited to: Organize, coordinate and perform administrative office duties to assist the Head Coaches in implementing office procedures and programs for the respective sports programs and their offices. Coordinate and produce written correspondence for the sports programs and their recruiting, travel, roster management; assist the Coordinator of Operations and head coaches in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily office activities. Additionally, assist with assigned sports recruiting and donor events and programs; receive incoming phone calls and provide information; attend and supervise Sport specific programs/events. Work selected game day events associated with the TV production of athletic events and hospitality for Band, Cheer and game officials as assigned. Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by the Head Coaches. Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to members of the athletic sports programs assigned and any other selected sports to be assigned by the Athletic Director. Maintain the day to day office operations that include general written correspondence, preparing payment authorization for purchases in each sport or administrative area assigned, maintenance of recruiting files and other associated daily operations of sports programs. Essential tasks include but are not limited to: team and coaches travel, recruiting correspondence, recruiting travel, maintaining coaches calendars; answering/screening phone calls for sports, scheduling appointments, preparing bids and obtaining quotes for team equipment and travel; requesting necessary funds for trips; booking modes of transportation and securing suitable hotels; reconciling accounts after travel and budgeting funds for operating and travel budgets for each assigned sport or department and perform other related tasks or special projects as assigned. Evening and weekend work associated with assigned teams or administrative areas will be required.

High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
Four years of progressively responsible secretarial, clerical, and/or office experience required. A bachelor's degree will be considered in lieu of four years experience.
Prior experience in running an athletic office or a business office preferred.
CAP/CPS preferred.
