The Operations Assistant / Men's Soccer will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Men's Soccer program. This person will help coordinate individual and team travel arrangements, student athlete admissions, communication with Athletics Compliance and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to managing travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting visits; plan special events; serve as game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the Head Coach / Men's Soccer. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Men's Soccer.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience working in a Division I "Power 4" athletic department.
Experience coordinating team and recruiting travel for a Division I soccer program..
Commitment to diversity.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or student athletes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field.
Experience as a collegiate coach and/or student athlete.
