The Operations Assistant / Wrestling will assist in managing the budget and daily operations of the Wrestling program. This person will help coordinate individual and team travel arrangements, student athlete admissions, communication with Athletics Compliance and Student Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not limited to managing travel (for both the team and staff); assist with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting visits; plan special events; serve as game day operations liaison; handle numerous administrative responsibilities for the Head Coach / Wrestling. This position reports directly to the Head Coach / Wrestling.

Required Qualifications

Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in a Division I "Power 4" wrestling program as a student athlete or coach.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or student athletes.
Excellent organization and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management or similar field.
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
